You will be jailed 1 day for the first minor offence.

Jailed one week for the second minor offence.

And the character will be deleted on the third offence.

Any other punishment not listed, is at the GM's own discretion. Other punishments include but are not limmited to ChatBan, Public Execution, IPBan, Account Deletion, paralyzation, loss of experience, etc. etc.


SERVER RULES :

All players are subject to the rules and regulations stated below.

If you fail to follow the rules you are subject to loss of experience, loss of character (s) level, getting pked by the GM and/or termination of account access.


BASIC RULES:

Cursing and blasting the GM and/or the server is not allowed or tolerated. Please respect the rights and cultures of others including their rights to play on the server.

You will not spam the chat.

You may not use abusive or racially offensive language.

Do not ask GM for adena or in game items.

Do not beg other players for Adena and/or items.

GM does not give players in game items of any type, and does not give players abnormal in game player stats. (Unless it’s in an event by the GM)

Gm does not give experience, skill points and/or levels to players for any reason.

Even if their is client/server lag and your character takes loss of experience, items in game are AS IS, if you lose an item for any reason it will not be returned.

PLAYER VS PLAYER RULES:

Although this is not an exclusive pvp/pk server, pvp/pk is allowed BUT NOT in a starter village/town or spawn pking.

Those found in a starter village or spawn pking will be subject to deleving, pking by a GM,
Karma that would be almost impossible to get rid of, or deletion of your account.

A GM will only step in to police pk/pvping if he/she sees excessive pking.

Targeting a player to where he/she can not play the game IS excessive. Those found by a GM
doing this will be subject to jail, deleveling, pked by a GM, deletion of an account, etc.
DO NOT PK ANY PLAYER 10 LEVELS BELOW YOUR CHARACTER.

This does not mean if someone pks you one or two times back to back that you need to scream out in global that you can not play because of a pker, if it is more than 4 to 5 times in a row that is excessive.

If you are abused by a player, remember lineage is a HUGE WORLD and you should level somewere else. Contact a GM if someone keeps on abusing your toon, or post on forum if GM is not available. Uploading a screen-shot is helpful to help a GM determine what is excessive and take the necessary actions. Keep in mind the GM will never ban someone based on screenshots alone.

ACCOUNT RULES:

You should not share your account with another player, you are responsible for all actions
on your account, GM does not restore loss items, currency, experience, skill points and/or
levels or any other status.

You are responsible for keeping your account information secure.

Terminated accounts will no longer be active, and will never be reactivated.


EXPLOIT RULES:

You will not exploit ANY BUGS and glitches or anything of the sort in the server.

Violating this rule will result in player being deleveled to level one or termination of account.

EXAMPLE OF AN EXPLOIT:

If someone has a strider/hatchling/wyvern, or any other item...if you hand it to someone for them to get on and/or use and they hand the item back and you can use it at the same time, that is an exploit.

If you are caught riding a strider/wyvern and do not have the item it was spawned from, you will be deleved or have your character deleted as well as the person that hands the item, and the item will be destroyed.
